Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company seeks a driven Right of Way professional to manage acquisitions, negotiations, and community outreach. You will work under the ROW Lead to identify property owners, determine valuations, and secure permissions for surveys and permits. Travel may be required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

The role requires ROW acquisition experience, strong communication, and rigorous attention to detail to support multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Right of Way processes including acquisition, title, permitting and due diligence.
• Experience acquiring property rights and negotiating with owners.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and community outreach abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support Right-of-Way Lead with acquisitions and negotiations.

• Prepare documents for property rights acquisition and negotiate terms.
• Review project progress and assist with relocation efforts.

• Good communication and listening skills as well as patience

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge in all aspects of right of way including acquisition, title, permitting, due diligence, public and community outreach
• Right of Way acquisition experience required
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Working directly under the direction of the Right-of-Way Lead or Supervisor.
• Working under tight deadlines using analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Identifying property ownership and determining property valuations.
• Obtaining permission from property owners for various types of surveys.
• Preparing documents necessary for acquisition of property rights.
• Negotiating acquisition of property rights.
• Acquiring the necessary licensing and permits.
• Reviewing progress of projects.
• Relocation Assistance.

EDUCATION:

Graduate of a college or university (Preferred)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employees in this position will be required to maintain a valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle. This status may be necessary for the length of time in this position. Employees in this job title may be required to submit to a drug screening test and background check.

UNIQUE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Walking over rough and hilly terrain may be required. Work typically involves extensive contact with the public. Work is performed in all types of weather conditions.
