Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Right-of-Way Lead or Supervisor.
• Identify property ownership and determine valuations.
• Obtain permission from property owners for surveys.
• Prepare documents for acquisition of property rights.
• Negotiate acquisition of property rights and secure licenses.
• Review progress of projects and provide relocation assistance.
