Emerald Energy and Exploration Land Company is seeking a proactive Right-of-Way professional in Minnesota. You will work under the Right-of-Way Lead, coordinate property owners, and manage surveys and negotiations to secure rights for project execution.

The role requires obtaining ownership information, preparing acquisition documents, and ensuring compliance with permits while supporting relocation and community outreach efforts in all weather conditions.

Qualificações

• Experience in right-of-way acquisition is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and may be asked to drive a licensed vehicle.
• Drug screening and background check may be required.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work under the direction of the Right-of-Way Lead or Supervisor.
• Identify property ownership and determine valuations.
• Obtain permission from property owners for surveys.
• Prepare documents for acquisition of property rights.
• Negotiate acquisition of property rights.
• Acquire necessary licensing and permits.
• Review project progress.
• Provide relocation assistance.
