You'll work under the Right-of-Way Supervisor to identify property ownership, negotiate acquisitions, and prepare necessary documents. The position requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years in right-of-way or related field.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience with property acquisition, title, permitting, and due diligence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Right-of-Way Supervisor in acquisitions and permits.
• Identify property ownership and valuations.
• Obtain permissions for surveys and prepare acquisition documents.
• Negotiate property rights and coordinate relocations.
• Ensure licensing and permits are obtained and reviewed.
• Monitor project progress and field conditions.
• Provide relocation assistance as needed.
