Zulay Kitchen in Florida is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to work closely with the Director of Supply Chain and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This highly organized, hands-on role involves following up, keeping people accountable, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be the Director’s right hand, coordinating the supply chain team and maintaining reports to keep daily operations moving.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with the Director of Supply Chain.
• Coordinate and organize the team’s daily priorities.
• Follow up with team members to meet deadlines.
• Track open issues, orders, shipments and priorities.
• Identify delays and raise them to the Director.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor purchase orders and incoming shipments.
• Communicate with internal teams to share information.
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Prepare information and reports for the Director of Supply Chain.
• Keep projects moving and help improve processes.
