Job summary

The Anderson-DuBose Company, a long‑standing distributor to major quick service restaurants, seeks an Assured Supply Assistant to support administrative duties across the distribution centers. You'll interact with buyers, run reports, manage item setup, and assist with backhaul and transfer orders while using MS Excel and JDEdwards One World.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to read & interpret safety rules and operating procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – Detail oriented with analytical abilities.
• Language Skills – Read and interpret documents; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Expedite emails for all DCs/categories.
• Check levels on late trucks; work with Buyers.
• Item setup for each DC; update PIPO for each DC.
• Backhaul Summary by DC; run various reports.
• EDI setup; manage LOS change packets.
• Enter DC transfer orders; miscellaneous tasks as needed.
