Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 3 years as rigging/general foreman.
• Read, analyze, and interpret manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• English language logs and records; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Mathematical concepts in multiple units; fractions, decimals, proportions.
• Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Office proficiency; learn company software.
• Valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging and crating tasks; tailor activities to job specs.
• Ensure all MEI requirements are followed; coordinate safety.
• Communicate job scope, big picture details, and outcomes.
• Train staff hands-on and provide guidance on site.
• Promote teamwork and supervise crews; oversee performances.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, orderly condition.
• Travel to job sites; oversee personnel and report to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
