Job summary

MEI is seeking a capable Foreman to supervise rigging and crating operations for on-site and mobile clients in North Kingstown, RI. The role focuses on directing crews, ensuring safety, timeliness, and adherence to customer specifications on each project.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate activities and training. Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or GED and at least 3 years of foreman experience, with proficiency in reading blueprints and MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 3 years in rigging foreman or general foreman role preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging and crating tasks across multiple job sites.
• Ensure MEI requirements and customer specifications are followed.
• Coordinate training and promote teamwork among crews.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and outcomes to management.
