Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 3 years as rigging foreman or general foreman.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.
• Mathematical concepts for measurements; geometry/trigonometry helpful.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office or company-specific software.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging and crating tasks to meet job specs.
• Ensure all MEI and customer requirements are followed.
• Work under pressure while coordinating multiple activities.
• Assist with hands-on training for staff.
• Promote teamwork within and between crews.
• Set performance expectations and review progress.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, orderly condition.
• Represent MEI professionally with a customer-service focus.
• Address personnel concerns and scheduling conflicts as needed.
• Communicate job scope and generate reports as required.
