Responsibilities

• Attend Plan of the Day (POD) to prioritize daily workload and assign work.
• Perform risk assessment prior to tasks and oversee lifting activities.
• Ensure compliance with Navy Crane Center standards and EB Safety Manual.
• Mentor subordinates and develop potential substitute supervisors.
• Provide guidance to meet cost and schedule goals.
• Support planning, scheduling, training, and process improvements.
