Qualifications

• At least 3 years of operations/trades/shipyard experience.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
• Must meet one of: 1 year EB experience; 3 years related experience with leadership; 1 year EB experience and related Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of carpenters on Overhaul/Repair or New Construction Contracts.
• Set, assign and measure daily production goals; provide technical expertise, instruct, mentor, and motivate the crew; support safety, quality, cost, schedule and continuous improvement.
