Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of operations/trades/shipyard experience.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
• Must meet one of: 1 year Electric Boat experience; 3 years combined leadership in high-volume setting; EB experience with related engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of carpenters on Overhaul/Repair or New Construction contracts.
• Set and measure daily production goals, provide technical expertise, mentor and motivate the crew.
• Support department goals for safety, quality, cost, schedule and continuous improvement.
