Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Rigging Manager for on-site leadership at Las Vegas venues. You will plan, coordinate, and ensure safe rigging operations, reviewing all rigging designs against structural data and capacity limits.

You will lead internal teams, liaise with clients and sales, and ensure SOP compliance across assigned sites. The role requires 4+ years in rigging, strong ability to interpret drawings, and experience managing rigging staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of rigging experience in entertainment/theatre/production.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and approved rigging designs.
• 2+ years leading rigging teams, ideally 10+ riggers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise riggers on show sites and assist staffing decisions.
• Review and approve rigging designs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate training and development for rigging staff and union workforce when applicable.
• Define gear/workforce needs and communicate to venue staff and labor coordinators.
• Advise on safety, load calculations, and weight distribution for all events.
