Job summary

This role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, and strong teamwork. You may operate forklifts or other equipment and must follow safety protocols and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to measure and align loads.
• Knowledge of rigging gear selection based on load.
• Willing to follow safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect rigging materials for safety.
• Align, level, and anchor machinery or equipment.
• Attach loads to rigging using cables, pulleys, winches.
• Signal with hand/flags to communicate hoisting and moving loads.
• Operate vehicles or mechanized equipment as needed.
• Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
