Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a rigorous Rig Operator to oversee rig operations, crew readiness, and equipment performance. You will ensure crew are on site, trained, and productive, while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.

The role requires proven rig servicing experience, CDL B license, and strong communication with customers to resolve issues. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and DOT safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• Must have rig operation experience and be able to demonstrate full competency in rigging up/rigging down and well servicing operations.
• Knowledge and experience in oilfield well servicing is required.
• Must meet all qualifications defined in Motor Vehicle Policy.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people within and outside of the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at scheduled time.
• Operates the assigned rig and equipment in accordance with contract terms.
• Maintains regular contact with customers to resolve concerns and complaints.
• Maintains productivity standards and adheres to safety procedures at the rig.
• Ensures efficient maintenance of the rig and equipment.
• Establishes a positive and safe work environment for the rig crew and coaches them.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
