Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. seeks a rig operator to manage rig and crew operations, ensuring crew readiness and timely service delivery at the oilfield site in Texas.

You will work to uphold quality and safety standards while coordinating with customers to resolve issues and maintain productive operations. The role requires hands-on rig handling, adherence to regulations, and leadership to guide crew members through day-to-day tasks and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Rig operation experience with competency in rigging up/down and well servicing (2+ years).
• Oilfield well servicing knowledge required.
• CDL B driver license and DOT compliance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at scheduled time.
• Operates the assigned rig and equipment per contractual terms and customer requests.
• Maintains regular contact with customers to resolve concerns and complaints.
• Ensures quality products and services while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
• Maintains efficient maintenance of rig and equipment.
• Establishes a positive and safe work environment and coaches crew.
