Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation seeks an on-site Rig Supervisor to oversee a crew of rig hands, ensure safety and efficient operations, and manage day-to-day site activities in the Appalachian Basin environment.

The role requires hands-on rig experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to train and mentor junior crew members while coordinating with management on performance and safety metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in plugging operations and/or gas/oil industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a minimum of two direct reports (rig hands).
• Participate in hiring for new rig hands and train/mentor staff.
• Ensure site safety, on-time on-site presence, and adherence to procedures.
• Operate service rig, perform rigging, and manage associated equipment.
• Prepare daily operations reports and coordinate with the Plugging Manager.
