Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee rig hands on location within the Appalachian Basin footprint. You will ensure safety, manage daily operations, track time and maintenance, and coordinate with the Plugging Manager on site updates.

The role requires CDL consideration, heavy physical work, and readiness to travel for field operations. Strong emphasis on safety procedures and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Class A/B CDL preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in plugging operations and/or gas and oil industry preferred.
• 2+ years' experience as a rig hand preferred.
• Experience with downhole fishing, milling, drilling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a minimum of two direct reports (rig hands).
• Participate in hiring for new rig hands.
• Train and mentor new/inexperienced rig hands as necessary.
• Ensure the team is on site on time and following procedures.
• Review and submit time worked for rig hands daily.
• Operate service rig and related equipment safely on site.
• Conduct regular JSAs and ensure safe working conditions.
• Organize and supervise support services on location.
• Submit daily operations reports and communicate with management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
