Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to partner with the Rideshare business within T-Ads. You will own full P&L for Rideshare, lead budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and month-end close, while consolidating the O&O financial view for leadership.

The role requires strong FP&A fundamentals, revenue modeling, and collaboration with Commercial teams to support deal economics and incentives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in FP&A, preferably in Advertising/Media/Tech.
• Experience with revenue modeling, bookings/pipeline tracking, and commercial finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle).
• Experience supporting Trade Deal processes, pricing frameworks, or incentive compensation structures.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate data-heavy insights for executives.
• Proven cross-functional collaborator in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L management for Rideshare incl. budgeting, forecasting, LRP, month-end close, and reporting.
• Build and own the Rideshare Revenue Model tracking bookings, pipeline, delivery, lines of business.
• Support Commercial Teams on deal economics and profitability analysis.
• Track and analyze KPIs for Take Rates, LoB distribution, media mix, customer trends, churn and retention.
• Develop monthly reporting, QBRs, and KPI insights for leaders.
• Own Rideshare rate cards and lead pricing, revenue, market expansion initiatives.
• Partner with P&L Owners and Sales Leads to develop quotas and support compensation calculations.
• Own the O&O consolidated financial view for leadership and reporting.
• Align with FP&A Team on inputs for R&O management, forecast, budgets and LRP.
