Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to partner with the business in Tampa, FL. This senior role drives financial planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across Sales, Operations, and Finance, delivering insights to improve revenue, profitability, and efficiency.

The role reports to the VP of FP&A and involves cross-functional collaboration, dashboards, and performance reviews to guide leadership decisions and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant FP&A experience in forecasting, analytics, CRM/KPI dashboards, or related functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for actionable insights.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring sales and business performance reviews with Regional Sales Directors and sales teams, using data and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Analyze performance by customer, product line, market, and activity to identify growth and cost-recovery opportunities.
• Develop and enhance executive dashboards and reporting for visibility into sales, revenue, trends, and EBITDA opportunities.
• Support month-end close, monthly business reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with analytical reporting.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on revenue growth, cost efficiencies, and operational improvements.
• Serve as Finance lead for enterprise initiatives including pricing reviews and standardization.
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve CRM utilization, data quality, dashboards, reporting, and adoption.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
