T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) is seeking a Sr Manager, Financial Operations to lead the operational and financial infrastructure across the T-Ads business within Revenue Operations & Analytics. You will oversee pre-billing reconciliation, deal tracking, commissions processing, and month-end/quarter-end close, while guiding a globally distributed team including offshore resources in India.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Accounting Operations, or related fields.
• Prior people management experience, including experience with offshore or distributed teams.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Operations function within Revenue Operations, supporting Blis, Vistar, and T-Ads business lines.
• Oversee pre-billing reconciliation, billing readiness, and revenue recognition processes.
• Manage agency deal tracking, order-to-cash reporting, and month-end/quarter-end close activities.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Lead a globally distributed team including offshore resources in India and collaborate with leaders across functions.
