Job summary

Liftoff is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Commercial FP&A team. You will own recurring revenue reporting, provide insights for leadership, and support GTM analytics to influence in-quarter decisions.

You will collaborate with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to translate business drivers into financial context, ensuring clean outputs and timely executive-ready materials. This is a remote role aligned with Pacific Time Zone entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong data analysis across multiple data sources and reconcile discrepancies.
• Excellent communication for executive audiences and concise commentary.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting (KPI reviews, Board materials, SLT presentations).
• Ability to ramp quickly on existing processes and deliver with minimal hand-holding.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Experience in commercial finance / sales finance, preferably in ad tech or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring revenue reporting workflows - daily/weekly file maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, Board presentations, and SLT meetings with data files.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide concise commentary on performance trends.
• Support quarterly sales target-setting with bottoms-up data and reconcile with forecasts.
• Own the commercial commission review process and analyze attainment data for leadership.
• Execute ad-hoc revenue, GTM, and commercial analysis for in-quarter decisions.
• Maintain and improve core financial reporting infrastructure for accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to translate drivers into financial context.
• Apply quality checks to outputs to flag anomalies and ensure data integrity.
• Prioritize analyses to maximize impact for commercial leadership.
