Job summary

10a Labs is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management as part of our high-growth technology security platform. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable processes.

You’ll drive accurate financial planning, develop executive dashboards, and support audits, tax filings, and investor materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, accounting and financial planning.
• CPA strongly preferred and GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced financial modeling and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop models supporting strategic planning, hiring, investments, and operational decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages with variance analyses.
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor spending.
• Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close with external accounting firms per GAAP.
• Develop, document, and improve financial policies and internal controls.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Build analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives and pricing decisions.
• Assist with board reporting and investor materials.
