Job summary

Como Town, operated by Lancer Hospitality, is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment, building systems, and food service gear at our 4‑acre amusement park adjacent to the Como Zoo. Weekend availability is required to support peak times.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rides and related equipment, inspect mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and update ride logs with inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and document work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for attractions and equipment.
• Inspect and test mechanical systems and components.
• Respond to downtime and ride recovery issues.
• Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions.
• Document inspections, actions, and parts used in ride logs.
• Maintain clean maintenance shop and organize parts inventory.
