Job summary

Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Rides Maintenance Technician to perform modification, repair, and refurbishment of amusement ride equipment. You will conduct daily inspections, diagnose mechanical issues, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe, continuous operation.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, ability to read manuals/blueprints, and proficiency with hand and power tools. A valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; relevant work experience considered.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience with amusement rides or roller coasters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-opening inspections of attractions and property.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on rides and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance areas.
