Qualifications

• Must possess basic math and measurement skills.
• Must possess basic mechanical skills.
• Must communicate effectively with supervisors and trainees.
• Must have basic computer skills and be willing to learn equipment operation.
• Must be able to lift 80–100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must work in varying temperatures and at heights when required.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain milling equipment.
• Clean and sanitize the mill area and perform dry cleaning tasks.
• Maintain production and monitoring records (inspections, temperatures, pressures).
• Report quality or food safety issues to supervision.
