Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, read tape measure).
• Basic mechanical skills with tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, clamps).
• Good communication with supervisors and team.
• Willing to learn operating equipment (control panels, probes).
• Able to lift 80-100 lbs as needed.
• Able to work in hot/cold temperatures and at heights up to 140 feet.
• Willing to wear PPE and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment related to rice milling to ensure proper function and specifications.
• Clean and sanitize mill areas; perform dry cleaning, sweeping, and air cleaning.
• Maintain and record production, magnet inspections, temperature and pressure checks, inspection, maintenance, and sanitation records.
• Notify supervisor/management of any quality, food safety, or food security issues.
