Responsibilities

• Perform grounds preparation and concrete construction as part of site projects.
• Follow all construction site safety rules and contribute to a team-based environment.
• Be available for callouts during harvest season and respond within 35 minutes.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math as part of daily tasks.
