Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in McCrory, AR, is hiring a Dryer Systems Trainee. This full-time role is to learn the dryer facility systems, assist with weighing and dumping trucks, and help with drying and shipping rice.

The position requires at least 1 year of industrial work experience (grain experience preferred), mechanical aptitude with basic tools, basic math, and fluency in English. Overtime, weekends and long shifts may be required during harvest.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of industrial work experience (grain experience preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude with basic hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measurements).
• Must read, speak and understand English fluently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist and lift up to 100 lbs; climb up to 200 ft.

Mansioni

• Learn the dryer facility systems and assist with weighing and dumping trucks.
• Keep the dryer facility clean (sweeping, scooping, etc.).
• Assist with drying and shipping rice as needed.
• Assist with maintenance when needed.
