Job summary

Producers Rice Mill, Inc. in Wynne, AR is seeking a Non-Salaried Foreman to assist the dryer manager with facilities and personnel oversight.

You will supervise personnel, ensure safe operations, and maintain records for inbound receipts and outbound shipments, while enforcing safety and food safety rules.

The role requires readiness for 12-hour night shifts during harvest season and physical endurance for extended work periods.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no citations in the last 12 months.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language fluently.
• Must be willing and able to climb up to 200 ft.
• Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, and pull throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to lift to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to use dust protection equipment.
• Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to work control panel.
• Must be willing and able to ride a man lift.
• Must have 3 years of maintenance experience, which includes welding, cutting, and equipment repair.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all Safety and Food Safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist dryer manager with facilities and personnel management, including equipment upkeep and records.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked for each employee.
• Uphold corporate policies and report safety concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, OSHA and other standards.
• Supervise personnel to maintain safe, clean and productive work environment.
