Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of related manufacturing or grain drying experience preferred.
• Ability to work in noisy, dusty environments and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor drying/transferring systems for specified dryers.
• Perform bin measurements and transfer rice as needed.
• Read daily instructions and complete required logs and paperwork.
• Run moisture meters, retrieve samples, and document results.
• Assist in training dryer staff and coordinate with supervision.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report repairs.
