Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no citations in the last 12 months.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour night shifts during harvest season.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dryer manager with all aspects of facilities and personnel management, including equipment maintenance and records.
• Supervise personnel to maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment and accurate time records.
• Uphold corporate policies and communicate safety concerns to management to ensure compliance with labor law and OSHA standards.
• Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor and adhere to safety and food safety rules.
