Poweredbyconcurrent is seeking an experienced RIA Operations Consultant to act as a trusted operational partner for advisors and teams leveraging Concurrent’s platform. The role emphasizes hands-on support, training, and continuous improvement across custodial workflows and internal systems.

The ideal candidate brings deep RIA operations knowledge, strong relationship management, and a proven ability to translate complex processes into practical guidance, driving advisor confidence and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years in RIA operations, advisor support, or custodial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in advisory operations and custodial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisor enablement and relationship management for assigned teams.
• Deliver operational support via ticketing, calls, and trainings.
• Lead training initiatives on custodial platforms and internal systems.
• Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, and training materials.
• Identify and address recurring advisor pain points and platform friction.
