Concurrent, a leading wealth management platform, is seeking an RIA Operations Consultant to serve as a trusted operational partner to advisors within Centralized Services in Dallas. This role emphasizes hands-on support, training, and driving operational enablement across custodial platforms.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and Practice Synergies to improve advisor self-sufficiency, process consistency, and overall service model while meeting regulatory requirements and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of five years in RIA operations or custodial environments.
• Deep knowledge of advisory operations and platform support.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisor enablement and relationship management.
• Deliver hands-on operational support and issue resolution.
• Lead training initiatives and maintain SOPs.
• Identify improvements via feedback and KPI-driven performance.
• Align activities with regulatory and custodial standards.
