Poweredbyconcurrent is seeking an RIA Operations Consultant to support the Centralized Services platform, delivering expert operational guidance, training, and hands-on support to advisors using Concurrent’s platform.

The role combines operations expertise, relationship management, and training to drive advisor confidence, platform adoption, and consistent service outcomes across custodial workflows and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in RIA operations or custodial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in advisory operations and platform support.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted operational partner to assigned advisors and teams.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing adoption guidance for platform usage.
• Educate advisors to increase self-sufficiency and leverage centralized services.
• Resolve issues via ticketing, phone, and advisor-facing support.
• Identify process gaps and training opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate cross-functional follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and custodial standards.
• Lead training initiatives and maintain SOPs and reference materials.
