You will onboard new client accounts, maintain client data in Orion, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and operational issues, ensuring smooth client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in an RIA or wealth management firm, internship or professional.
• Hands-on experience using Orion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Supporting onboarding and setup of new client accounts
• Maintaining and updating client and account information in Orion
• Assisting with day-to-day client account servicing and operational requests
