Job summary

The Mom Project, an independent wealth advisory, is seeking an Operations Associate to support client service and advisor workflows in a fully remote environment. You will handle account openings, custodial paperwork, billing tasks, and daily operations in a fast-moving RIA setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client service or operations within an RIA, familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center and Wealthbox, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of client service or operations experience with an RIA environment.
• Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center required; Wealthbox and GeoWealth experience a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client service requests and support advisors with account administration.
• Process new account openings, transfers, and custodial paperwork with accuracy and speed.
• Manage operational workflows, track tasks, and document procedures to improve efficiency.
