Job summary

Mission Staffing is assisting a prominent Maryland-based asset and wealth management firm in Bethesda to hire an RIA Operations Analyst. The role supports day-to-day client servicing and operations, with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

You will onboard new client accounts, maintain client data in Orion, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and operational issues, ensuring smooth client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in an RIA or wealth management firm, internship or professional.
• Hands-on experience using Orion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The firm has experienced an influx of new business and client accounts and is looking for someone to support day-to-day client servicing and operations. The ideal candidate will come from an RIA or wealth management firm and have hands-on experience using Orion.
