White Tiger Connections Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Advisors & Operations to own the full operational infrastructure of our RIA and partner with senior leadership.

This role blends building scalable systems with coaching advisors and supporting the sales pipeline, all within an integrated tax-to-wealth model. The ideal candidate has executive-level operations experience in wealth management, hands-on Schwab Advisor Center familiarity, and a track record scaling processes while

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RIA or wealth management operations including scaling efforts.
• Hands-on Schwab Advisor Center and custodial operations experience.
• Proven track record designing scalable operational systems and workflows.
• Experience managing advisor teams or operational staff.
• Strong trading, billing, portfolio ops, and reconciliation knowledge.
• Background as a financial advisor or in close partnership with advisors preferred.
• Tax-integrated wealth management knowledge is a plus.
• Series 65/66 or CFP preferred; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own all RIA back-office operations including accounts, ACATs, money movement, billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Build scalable SOPs and operational controls to support growth and integration.
• Serve as liaison with Schwab Advisor Center; manage custodial workflows and regulatory updates.
• Oversee daily trading, model rebalancing, block trades, cash management, and compliance.
• Support Servicing Financial Advisors; partner with CRO on pipeline oversight.
• Troubleshoot complex advisor issues and train on systems and processes.
• Ensure SEC/state compliance and assist audits; strengthen data and cyber controls.
• Oversee advisory tech stack and vendor integrations; drive automation.
