Job summary

Calamos Investments is seeking an Intermediary and RIA Channel Marketing Manager in New York. This role will create and execute marketing strategies to enhance engagement with retail advisors and strengthen relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of channel marketing leadership experience in financial services, a deep understanding of RIA channels, and exceptional communication skills.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus. Comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of channel or cross-channel marketing leadership experience in financial services and/or asset management.
• Deep understanding of intermediary and RIA channels and audience.
• Proven ability to partner, collaborate and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing programs tailored to intermediary and RIA distribution channels.
• Develop segmented campaigns targeting advisors at different stages of the relationship lifecycle.
• Drive the development of customized marketing content and resources.
