Halo Investing is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies across RIA, Broker-Dealer, and Private Bank channels. This hybrid Chicago-based role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, aligning with ERMs and RVPs to drive growth and platform adoption.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, proven leadership in strategy and execution, and a strong track record with AI-driven marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in wealth management or fintech.
• Proven ability to lead strategy and execution, including managing vendors, freelancers, and partner marketing teams.
• Strong advocacy for AI adoption in marketing with the ability to test and scale relevant AI use cases.
• Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for advisors and executives.
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy & Vision: Define and own the annual and quarterly channel marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Integrated Growth Leadership: Oversee multi-touch campaigns to move advisors from awareness to adoption.
• Enterprise & Sales Alignment: Partner with Enterprise Relationship Managers and Regional VPs; align with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic Resource Management: Manage external vendors, freelancers, and partner marketing teams.
• AI Innovation & Optimization: Drive adoption of AI tools for personalization and analytics.
• Performance & Insight Ownership: Measure campaigns and synthesize insights for leaders.
