Qualifications

• Background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RHVAC Technicians to meet safety and quality standards.
• Delegate tasks and ensure maintenance schedules are met.
• Provide training and mentorship on RHVAC technologies.
• Inspect work and provide feedback.
• Perform preventive maintenance and refrigerant leak checks.
• Communicate with Site Management about maintenance activities.
• Assist with after-hours emergency call program.
