Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC in Florida seeks an experienced HVAC/R technician to repair and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple retail locations. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Site Management to keep stores running smoothly.

The role requires Journeyman refrigeration/HVAC (or equivalent), EPA refrigerant handling certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Refrigeration Controller Technology, Outlook

Qualifications

• Journeyman qualification or equivalent experience in refrigeration and HVAC.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling (class I & II, or universal).
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC for multiple retail locations.
• Repair equipment like compressors, pumps, air handlers, and control devices safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Site Management to communicate planned maintenance and updates.
• Perform preventive maintenance and refrigerant leak checks.
• Keep records of refrigerant usage and maintenance activities.
