Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a RHVAC Technician Team Lead to supervise a skilled RHVAC crew, repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, and ensure service levels meet client expectations.

Starting pay is $45+ per hour, based on experience. This role demands hands-on expertise, strong communication, and leadership to coordinate maintenance and after-hours support across retail locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman qualification in refrigeration and HVAC systems, or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification (Class I & II, or universal).
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of RHVAC Technicians ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Delegate tasks and ensure maintenance and repair schedules are met.
• Provide training and mentorship on RHVAC tech and latest tools.
• Inspect work and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC across retail locations and liaise with Site Management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergency support and keep thorough updates.
