Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC is seeking an RHVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and codes.

The role requires a journeyman license or in-process licensure, EPA certification, OSHA 10, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Field-based work with potential on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an RHVAC apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program.
• Post-secondary RHVAC education is a plus.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/refrigeration issues and refrigerant leaks.
• Install HVAC/refrigeration systems and ensure proper ductwork and wiring.
• Communicate with clients about service outcomes and recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory codes, including LO TO.
