Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with residency and/or fellowship in area of specialty.
• MD or DO licensed by the state medical licensure board; board certification/eligibility in specialty.
• Current or recent experience in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examination of all patients seen.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality care based on best practice evidence-based medicine.
• Adheres to standardized orders and practice guidelines approved by medical staff.
• Collaborates with nurses, physicians and outside agencies regarding patient care.
• Coordinates patient care and educates patients and families.
