Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech support roles including patient services or market access.
• Experience partnering with health systems and provider networks to support patient access.

Responsibilities

• Partner with complex healthcare accounts to support patient access and reimbursement across the care continuum.
• Build trusted relationships with providers, administrators, revenue cycle leaders, billing and coding teams.
• Educate customers on access, reimbursement, payer coverage, claims management, and patient support resources.
• Analyze reimbursement challenges and develop practical, compliant solutions to improve patient access.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regional reimbursement dynamics and evolving market trends.
• Support implementation and pull-through of coverage decisions and communicate changes affecting access.
• Guide product acquisition and buy-and-bill processes, including inventory management and billing workflows.
• Collaborate with Patient Support Services and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and educate customers.
• Share insights on reimbursement trends to inform strategy and enhance customer support.
• Develop territory-specific access plans to drive patient access with integrity and compliance.
