Top Echelon Software LLC is partnering with a regional healthcare network to recruit a board-certified or board-eligible rheumatologist for a full-time, on-site role in Rutland, Vermont. The physician will join an established clinical team with strong administrative support and a collaborative culture.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship.
• Active Vermont medical license or eligibility and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide spectrum of rheumatic, autoimmune, and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Conduct thorough histories, exams, and assess disease activity and treatment response.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and bone health assessments to guide care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including DMARDs, biologics, corticosteroids, and immunomodulators.
• Perform routine rheumatology procedures such as joint injections and aspirations.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, risks, and self-management.
