Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is partnering with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Rheumatologist in Mattoon, Illinois. Board certified or eligible, you will join a well-organized regional network with mid-level support in a collaborative, patient-centered practice.

Choose between a traditional Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule or a 4-day condensed week, with production bonuses, generous PTO, CME support, relocation assistance, and comprehensive tail coverage.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completed Internal Medicine Residency followed by Rheumatology Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong interpersonal and team-care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative rheumatology care.
• Coordinate patient care across a regional network.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with APPs.
• Offer flexible scheduling from 5-day to 4-day work week.
• Manage minor clinical call duties and maintain EMR documentation.
