Acloché LLC in Mattoon, IL seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Rheumatologist to join a collaborative regional network. You will practice across a main hub with mid-level support, enabling high throughput and excellent work-life balance.

Flexible scheduling from a traditional Monday–Friday to a 4-day condensed week, with compensation around $350,000 base plus production bonuses, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Internal Medicine residency followed by Rheumatology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong collaboration with mid-level providers and team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative rheumatologic care.
• Coordinate patient care across an established regional network.
• Collaborate within a team-based care model with APPs.
• Offer flexible schedules from 5-day to 4-day weeks.
• Manage small clinical call and review critical lab values as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMRs and infusion documentation.
